That looks very like Gary Glitter chasing them! (the one at the front with the big hair).
They don't celebrate Christmas in Viet Nam - no decorated trees or Yuletide logs - but I do believe they'll be hanging the Glitter this year.
If you're laughing at that, I suppose you haven't heard that he's going to be the new Doctor Who?
